How to Convert KLUB Points to K Dollars?
1. Press the 'Me' button & log in to your KLUB 11 Membership account
2. Then press 'K Dollar'
3. Either drag the slider or key in the exact amount* by pressing the 'pen icon'. Then press 'Pay with K Dollars'
*The minimum spending amount is 10 K Dollars
4. Present the QR Code# to the shop staff of participating merchants^ to scan

1. Why do I earn lesser KLUB Points than before?
Effective from April 1, 2017, the earning of KLUB Points will be changed from 10 KLUB Points for every HKD1/RMB1 to 1 KLUB Point for every HKD1/RMB1 spent at K11 Hong Kong.
The KLUB Points as of March 31, 2017 in the member’s account shall be divided by 10 and adjusted automatically on 1 April 2017. All KLUB Points decimals will be rounded up to the closest single digit.
